Shipping
- Same-day dispatch: order by 2PM ET Monday–Friday and your order ships the same business day via UPS. Orders after 2PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
- Free shipping: UPS Ground is free on orders of $100 or more. Under $100, live UPS rates show at checkout.
- Tracking: emailed automatically the moment your label prints.
- Discreet packaging: plain box, no product callouts on the label.
Where We Can't Ship
State law prohibits shipping kratom to Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Louisiana, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin, plus a small number of local jurisdictions. List verified July 2026 and reviewed monthly. Orders to restricted states are cancelled and refunded in full.
Returns
- Unopened products: 30 days from delivery for a full refund — seal and shrink-wrap must be intact (that's also your authenticity guarantee).
- Wrong or damaged item: email us a photo within 7 days and we'll reship or refund immediately — no return required.
- Opened products: not returnable due to the nature of the product.
To start a return, email support@bestpriceopms.com with your order number. Refunds process to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.
